Hello, I was wondering if I should file a tax return on the LLC I formed in Wyoming for my rental property business, even if I made no money in 2019 and bought no properties. I live in Florida and I am about to do my taxes for my other business should I mention something to my CPA about the business. Any information would helps thanks.

How is your LLC structured? You as sole owner? Multiple owners? Any elections made to treat as S or C Corp? Does it have an EIN? Just to get a few facts established.
