Hi everyone, does anyone know if there is graduation for the unrecaptured section 1250 gain for selling depreciated real estate? A lot of sources say it caps at 25% but I am wondering if that is flat or not.

Wayne is correct.  Up to 25%.  25% max.  Take your pick.
