Land Trust in New York State

Hi BP Community, 

Does anyone have any advice on setting up a Land Trust for a SFR in New York State? I am aware that setting up a Land Trust can create anonymity. I can also list an LLC as the beneficiary. Is this recognized in New York State?

Would greatly appreciate anyone with experience on this topic in New York State to discuss further. Thank you!
