Bank or Credit Union As Registered Agent?

Paul Sxxx
Posted

Hello all,

I'm looking to form a business with a physical presence in Wyoming, then purchase property there sometime later this year. I'm currently in California, but am looking to relocate to Wyoming once the two processes above are complete.

For my to-be-formed Wyoming business, has anyone successfully had their business bank or credit union set up as their registered agent? I have relationships with several banks and credit unions and wondered if this is a service that they offer? I did a search here on the forum, and found one person who said that Bank of America did it for him, but when I called Bank of America, the rep didn't know what I was talking about.

Thank you for any insight you can provide. :)
