My insurance and taxes aren’t escrowed!!
So I’m sure this happened or happens frequently but this is my first investment property. My insurance and taxes aren’t in escrow with the lender. I’m other words I have to pay these payments my self without them automatically coming out. Is this common?
Do you just got to pay on county website for taxes? When do are they paid?
