Tax Overrages in detail

I would like to get more into the subject as I find this to be a hidden gym. I’ve seen one good forum on this and this person has taken the route I’ve been thinking of taking. So...my question is, why is this an uncommon practice to help people uncover money from their tax foreclosure? And why is the leading guy(his initials are B.D), charging 1k for his class as opposed to the other person that charges way less to teach the process? It seems simple.
