Hi, I am looking for a a tax professional/accountant that works with rental property owners. I have lived in Oregon for the past 10 years and own two properties there (Single family and a four-unit) and will be transitioning my primary home/address to New York State, where I am buying a new home. I would prefer to work with someone that owns rental properties, but it is not a requirement. Thanks in advance for your recommendations!

@Bill Hampton

Thanks! That is great input. Does owning properties in multiple states make me a more complicated client? I have always done my own taxes via TurboTax, but I definitely need to get more serious/organized.
