Solo 401K Banks Needed

Lori B.
Posted

I paid for a Solo 401K plan with a member on this site and then proceeded to close my SEP to do a rollover and received a check, mailed to me. Since then, I have tried to call two recommended banks.  The first one's mobile app, Solera Nationa Bank, would not work and I was unable to get help from them in a week to resolve the problem.  The second one was Titan Bank.  Neither number on their homepage is working/disconnected. Does anyone know of a reputable bank that will house this type of account?

Lori - I’m a Vice President at Solera Bank. Please reach out to me and we will get you taken care of. We will pay for the overnighting of the check if needs be.
