Investment property what taxes to file in the State of Texas?

I setup LLC in TX. What tax do I file? Franchise tax? I think the threshold for gross income is setup at $1,000,000. If I sold property at $1.5M, profit $200K, do I need to pay franchise tax on the LLC?
