Early employee @ IPO Fintech (need help!)

First time going through an IPO (AFRM). Looking for any advice/strategies for:

• deferring/optimizing cap gains tax

• finding the right CPA (well versed in pre ipo options, RSUs, multi state residency during tenure, etc)

Any and all input is greatly appreciated!
