Accountant Recommendations, PA

Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for a quality accountant in Pennsylvania, preferably one who owns real estate themselves and understands how to best maximize the tax code to reduce my taxes. Currently I'm starting to wonder if I'm being overcharged by my accountant and I don't appreciate that it's work on my end to get information out of him. I feel like it's become an annual collect my fee and move on type of thing...not really helping me. Ideally the accountant would be relatively local to me but not required. I am in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery County area.
