Looking for a lawyer to help me create wholesale contracts

Jody Ortiz
Posted

Hello, first time postie. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an attorney in Riverside County, CA that can help me create contracts that are ready to be utilized when needed for wholesale transactions. I have found a few sample PDFs online of purchase agreements and contract assignments, however I have read about ugly legality stories and want to make sure I set myself up properly. I am new to cold calling/wholesaling so any advice on any other paperwork that is typically needed is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
