More information about Enrolled Agents

Hi to all the EAs!
I want to specialize in the real estate industry like an Enrolled agent. Currently, I'm a tax preparer and this year was my first year, I'm really interested in this topic but I want to know which course should I pick? I found some webinars in the cpacademy but I want to learn the basic stuff of real estate (I know about depreciation, schedule E when to file 1099 all pretty basic stuff that a normal Tax practitioner with a PTIN and License should know).
Do you have any books? online courses? or any advice?
I know about the 3 part exam of EA.
