Needed : A RE Litigation Lawyer in California (Glendale)

We have a complicated situation with a property that the city is attempting to force receivership of from a family member that is not competent. Further complicated in that we don't have a legal interest in the property. Does anybody know a good RE litigation attorney in CA? Preferably one who operates in the valley? Specifically Glendale.
