I current have a contract for two residential assisted living homes in Raleigh NC area. I am doing an SBA loan for the business and a lease option for both of the single family homes. I am looking for someone that is interested in financing the real estate. The combined amount for both of the homes is $900k. They do not need to be rehabbed and the business is already operational.
