Hello Rockstar investors! I'm new to REI and have been educating myself for the past year. I have recently started marketing, looking for and analyzing deals. I definitely still have a lot to learn. I am hoping to connect and work with a local investor in the St Pete/Clearwater/Tampa area that I can work with, be mentored by and learn from. I am willing to work for free for the experience and the opportunity to be involved with deals later down the road. I am very interested in flipping, buy and hold single/multi-family and eventually commercial multi-family.
