Hello Everyone!

I have just launched BNB Monthly, an online AirBNB Management Company. I started this Company as a way to help investors automate their systems at a reasonable price (18% fee instead of the industry 20-30% fee). My goal is to provide you with a hands free experience for your AirBNB, no matter where it is you decide to invest.

My wife and I started out in Real Estate using the house hacking method (Still house hackers!), and through this method we worked hard at learning how to automate the systems we had in place. When work had us moving all over the country, we needed to be able to manage our listing, remotely, out of necessity. As a result of our automations, BNB Monthly was born.

We offer three separate packages for any type of investor; Full Service Package, Entrepreneurial Package and the Consulting Package. Each Package has it's own unique characteristics, so I hope that you check out the details on my website.
