Seeking recommendations for a great California RE tax CPA

Hello fellow California RE investors,

Do you love your California CPA? If so, please let us know who you're working with.

We are seeking a great CPA to work with for tax filing and tax planning. They should be very experienced with California Real Estate tax law.

We live in North Carolina now, so they should be set up to work with remote clients. 

Topics they should be experienced with and very comfortable with:

1031 exchange of California properties to other states.

1031 exchange into multiple properties

DSTs

Filing (and/or correcting) missing California FTB 3840

Verifying previous exchanges and cost basis calculations are correct.
