GC Realty & Development LLC in Roselle, IL is seeking to hire a full-time Showing agent to manage leasing process of assigned properties in the city and south suburbs (such as: Hazel Crest, Calumet City, Palos Heights, Lynwood,Chicago Heights,etc)

If you already have a leasing license, that's awesome! If you do not have a leasing license but are still confident that you can excel in this position, do not worry! You will get the license and we will pay for it!

You coordinate the weekly showing schedule based on inventory available, pre-walk vacant units and obtain marketing pictures, open doors for prospective tenants at vacant units, and provide Property Manager and Owner feedback of why a property isn't leasing. Your customer is both the internal property management team and the prospects searching for properties. You respond to leads in a timely manner providing expert-level knowledge of the properties and exemplary customer service. You will work hand in hand with the Property Manager to ensure homes/units get leased with a sense of urgency. You effectively communicate using a variety of communication tools. You also prepare and get leases executed and coordinate initial funds to be paid and inspect the property prior to the move in for quality control issues. You are able to develop new systems, procedures or ideas on how to improve service and profitability.
