Property Management Recommendations?

Hey BP community,

I will be closing in the next few weeks on my first investment property!  It’s a SF home just outside Rochester, NY and am starting my search for a rockstar property management team to work with.  I have some time as the property won’t be ready for a new tenant until late spring, early summer.

Any recommendations for a solid property management team that services the Monroe County area?  This will be the first of many doors for me and want to find a management team that can grow with me!

Appreciate any help and feedback :)

@Samuel Sorber Congrats on the closing!   I would suggest for the first one or 2, managing yourself.   I say this because you can see exactly what you're paying management for. I believe management is worth it, but I think you learn so much with managing one or two on your own. If not, feel free to reach out for recommendations.
