Cape May, NJ retired landlord getting rid of property
This is my father's property. He retired years ago and now he want to be done with managing this rental.
He's one of the old school guys that everything has to be done himself so he rather just sell the property than have a management company.
The main house is 2 beds 1 bath outside dimensions roughly 19' x 40' (rounded to nearest foot)
The back "Cottage" outside dimensions are roughly 12' x 29' consist of 4 small rooms and 1 bath
Both units have propane bottles but there's NG at the street. Neither property have legal gas heaters atm. The main house has a couple electric wall units that worked for the last tenant (My sisiter)
There's only 1 electric meter
The roof is approximately 10yrs old with HD asphalt
Water is city. single metered
My dad is currently restoring both units to sell. It will be listed next month if its not sold before. 3 links to video walk thrus
if you have any questions just reach out to me. This property has been owned and provided good cash flow for my father for 23 years
