currently im am working on contracting 11 properties from a investor that is over seas. i am in need of investors and realtors in the area. im offering any realtor a 50% split of the assignment fee to help run comps and close the deals. i will be discussing the details with the owner later today. from there i will send over my contracts and get to work on all the due diligence. anyone that would like to assist or is interested in buying them do let me know.
