Need Ideas on the BRRR Refi

Cody Buechner
Posted

My partner and I formed an LLC and did a flip already. We want to move into a BRRR next but are stuck finding a solution to the refi portion with an LLC that doesn't have two years of tax returns. We financed our first flip with hard money which put in the business name and used our personal assets as the basis for the loan. Any help pointing me in the right direction?

You are going to want to go with a "DSCR" lender - these loans are perfect for the refinance portion of the BRRRR process (no tax returns required, LLCs ok or preferred, partners OK) etc. Preferably a lender that also does rehab "fix and flip" loans as well so they are well acquainted with each part of a BRRRR strategy
