Aloha, I have been searching for my first STR investment property here on Maui for some time now (yes, I live here). The thing I am struggling most with is finding investor friendly agents and mortgage brokers. I have viewed several units now, but still struggle to find like minded peers. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
