Selling a portion of our long term portfolio - Tyler, TX

We are selling a custom package in Tyler, Texas.  We have a number of single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and a quad that we have held for over 20 years.  Management would be available if desired,  Tyler is a very strong market with a new medical school under construction bringing significant long term investment and growth to the already elite medical community.  Serious inquiries only.
