Feedback on my websites

My old Joomla site I did years ago is www.GAcommercialbroker.com

Due to Joomla limitations I just finished the layout for my new company website in Wordpress www.AWcommercial.com

With AW it has picture links at the bottom to my 2 niche websites from the main AW website.

The goal is to make a simple and easy to navigate site for the user to get information and contact me and my company. I typically find less is more in commercial real estate and that a meeting on e-mail, phone, or in person is the next step.

All feedback appreciated. Remember this is geared toward commercial real estate buyers and sellers.

I like the images of the Apartments and Walgreen's down below and think you should consider moving them to the top. As it is, just seeing the top looks like it could be a resume site for you. If there was a title to the front page, that would help.

You might consider a giveaway if they input their contact info. A whitepaper with a title like: "How Triple Net Can Give You Worry Free Permanent High Income and Tax Efficiency to Boot." I know, corny, but give them an incentive to engage.

I agree that WordPress is the way to go. Almost anyone can learn and maintain it for you.

You write a lot of good content here at BP, how about rewriting some of that into a blog at your new site? That will make it stickier and build credibility. And perhaps quotes from clients you've worked with? Case studies?
