Have a client seeking a 50-200 unit apartment building or a portfolio of single families, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes. Has to be in the same city. Preferably in a Metropolitan area of 100K+ population. Can be distressed. Seeking a deep value add. We are willing to collaborate and partner with wholesalers, realtors, other investors, lenders, etc. Our client is NOT interested in syndication she manages her investments herself and is heavily concentrated in the midwest.
