Networking Looking to buy April 2023

I am a first time homebuyer looking to buy a Duplex in Wauwatosa, Menomonee falls and Butler around April. Using the bigger pockets resources I have a good understanding of my goals, wants and market. Being a first time buyer, I am looking for someone in the area with expertise in investing in MF properties. Additionally I am looking for recommendations for a Lender and realest agent in the area!
