Looking for contractor recommendations in South Chicago IL

I have a unit that needs a complete unit turn. A new kitchen/bath and living areas touched up. It is around 800 sq ft, I have one bid for over $20k but that seems very high. If anyone knows or recommends a good contractor in the area of south Chicago I would appreciate it.

Assuming you have properly vetted the contractor I'd take that and get that unit turned asap.
