Licensed through the state of Michigan, I am an independent contracted leasing agent. Working for various private landlords and Property management companies; I provide a full scope leasing and tenant placement service for 85% of first month's rent collected, or 800.00 per lease for clients contracted with multiple properties.

-Marketing of property

-Pre-screening prospective tenants

-Strategically scheduling prospective tenants for showings.

-Screen tenants via partnered vendors (Experian, Lexus Nexxus) and/or suggested screening tools by the hiring client.

-Draft leases and new tenant welcome packet for new tenants.

-Complete Move-in walkthrough paperwork, key exchange, and utility verification for new tenants.

-30 day follow-up for tenants placed.
