Looking for a hard money lender for beach house air bnb
Looking for a hard money lender who would be willing to partner for a beach home (new construction) in Orange Beach, Alabama across from the beach. Need someone who will loan the money for 50% equity, or someone who will loan the money for the down payment portion for some equity. Can share more details if you or anyone you know is interested. OR a lender who can do financing for a commercial loan with 10% down.
