New investor looking to JV with either a wholesaler or flipper

Hello everyone!!

My name is Ernesto and I'm a new investor living in South Florida. I am looking to build a good relationship and JV with either a wholesaler or flipper with fix and flip experience and also good working knowledge of their area. Currently looking to purchase a wholesale deal (with some meat on the bone) pretty much anywhere in Florida, mostly along the East coast all the way up to Jacksonville, and also the Orlando area.
