Investing in Pennsylvania: Finding Lenders

Happy humpday!

I am currently figuring out my financing and lending options and have a list of brokers and lenders I've connected with on here that I am currently setting up calls with. These lenders are either for NC or nationally, and include conventional, nonQM, private, and hard money loans, but I'm also interested in any local lenders that may also be a viable option. I'm going to try calling up various small banks in the area, but I would love to hear any personal recommendations for investor friendly lenders in Pennsylvania, specifically the Lehigh Valley, Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton areas. I contacted my credit union but they do not loan on investment properties. As far as local lenders are concerned, I'm looking for owner-occupied or FHA loan options that allow for a small MFH / investments.

Thanks!
