
Commercial lender recommendations for a duplex
Hey guys. Just got an offer accepted on a duplex that I am planning on using for STRs. Offer is 175K with about 60K in rehab. Unfortunately after this, I will not be much below ARV at all, but the cash flow should be great. I'm considering a commercial loan for the purpose of getting some of the rehab expenses covered. Any recommendations on lenders or options I should consider? ideally I'm looking at longer amortization schedules like a 5 year/balloon 25 year amortization to keep my monthly payment lower as well.
