Job oppurtunities for a college graduate

I am getting ready to graduate from my university in May 2023 and I am looking for job opportunities. I wish to relocate to NYC metropolitan area for a salaried position. I became licensed in RE 3 months ago, but I am not able to graduate and transition full-time into RE Agency right away.

Some skills I possess are SFH-apartment complex investment underwriting, creating SOWS for flips and value add opportunities, CRM management, client relations/discovery, marketing, and more.
