Looking for GCs in Charlotte and surrounding areas

Hi everyone, I am a Realtor here in the Charlotte area. I have some new clients that are looking to do fix and flip. I'd love to have some recommendations for General Contractors that have been used for fix & flips within the Charlotte and surrounding areas. I'm in need of contractors that service Charlotte, Gastonia, Kannapolis, Concord, and Statesville.
