Hey all, I work with a Wholesaling Brokerage called NetWorth Realty in the Charlotte area. We are currently selling 8-13 properties per month. These properties are typically off market, distressed, value-add deals that we source and look to sell to our buyers who plan to rehab and either flip or hold longer term as a STR or LTR. I am looking to connect with investors in the area interested in building a relationship and receiving these deals.
