Looking for president for my small residential real estate comp

I need someone to run and manage my portfolio of 30 properties in a blue-collar neighborhood. 

Their rent is currently 60% to market and I need to either raise it, non-renew the lease, or sell the properties. Ideally within the next 12 months.

I need someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, and tech-savvy.

Must have experience.
