HELOC Lenders on Investment Properties in Missouri (St. Louis)

We are looking for a lender that will do a HELOC on an investment property in St. Louis, Missouri. Every lender we have talked to won't do a HELOC on an investment property in Missouri. We have found some that are licensed in other states but not Missouri. We found one lender that can do 75% LTV but we need one that will do at least 80% but ideally 85-90%. Does anyone know of lenders licensed in Missouri that will do HELOC's on investment properties?

@Jacob Switzer I have no clue whether they will operate in Missouri, but last time I checked, America First Credit Union would do a HELOC in my area. It may be worth calling them...even if they won't operate in your state, they might know who does...

It's notoriously difficult to find lenders that will do HELOCs on rental properties, but they do exist, so if you call around to enough places, you might find one...

Good luck!
