Tax Lien/Deed Subject Matter Expert/Presenter WANTED

Think Realty (largest real estate investor publication in the U.S.) is seeking to hire a 'Tax Lien/Deed Subject Matter Expert/Presenter'. This role will involve:

Online content development of tax lien and tax deed investing strategies (approx 40+ modules)

Live and in person presentations

Client experience management

This role is designed for full time employment but a 1099/independent contractor would be considered.

Required Skills

3+ years as an active tax lien AND deed investor

Completed a minimum 100 tax lien and deed investments with a minimum 10% IRR (must be able to provide documentation for each transaction)

Extensive experience presenting in front of large groups (min 50 attendees)

Experience creating training curriculum, modules or courses (preferred)

Strong power point and excel skills along with online presentation software's (zoom, webex, teams, etc...)

Enjoys training and presenting

Compensation

Full Time employee (W2): $100,000 to $150,000 (DOE), plus health insurance, dental and paid time off

Contractor (1099): $100 to $200 per hour of live (in person/virtual) or recorded content.
