Recommend you do the reverse & first find a great property manager who will give you feedback on rent potential of any properties for deal analysis. Some realtors will sell you a bill of goods. Memphis market is full of war zones you want to steer clear of when purchasing. We've been investing there as out of state investors successfully for 11 years.
