Young, Ambitious Realtor Interested in MTR Investment in St. Louis

Hello all! I am from Minneapolis and would love to find an MTR to either own through creative financing or manage as a co-host. I'll be heading through St. Louis on a road trip around 3/12 and 3/19 or 20. If you have a short- or medium-term rental in the area (preferably a medium term), I'd love to check it out if this is something you're interested in!
