Looking for a contractor/contractor recommendations in Chicago

Hi All, I own a 3 unit in Logan Square and need to rehab two of the units. The first one is a 2 bed 1 bath that hasn't been updated in the past 30 years. The unit needs new kitchen, bathroom tiles and flooring, painting throughout and new flooring throughout (vinyl or laminate). The second unit (also 2 bed, 1 bath) needs a fresh coat of paint and new flooring (vinyl or laminate). Does anyone know of a contractor who services Logan square area and would be interested in this project?
