I need a Tennessee Real Estate Lawyer to help draw up a Co-hosting contract

My son has the opportunity to co-host an STR in the Smokies/ Gatlingburg region. He needs a TN real estate lawyer familiar with co-hosting legalities to look at/revise/draw up a contract for the co-host and the owner. Who do you recommend?
