Looking for an Eviction Lawyer in Syracuse NY

Hello,

I have a 5 unit building located in Syracuse NY, Onondaga County. I have called a few eviction lawyers in the area but upon speaking with them, I’m not confident that they will be able to represent me correctly. This could be because I’m from NYC and work ethics are a bit different. 

I have a tenant that moved in in October and decided in November that she will not pay rent. Not because she there are issues with the apartment but because she decided that she did not want to. I have served her eviction papers along with a 5 & 14 day day pay or quit notice. 

Would anyone be able to suggest a competent lawyer in the area? What was your experience during the eviction process? Advice  & experiences are welcome!
