Attorney Familiar with Seller Finance/ Subject To

Hello, I am currently an investor and plan to continue purchasing several properties each year until my wife and I are FIRE. I was recently introduced to seller financing and subject to deals by way of a Pace Morby podcast. I'm now a major student of this strategy, but I've hit a roadblock in managing the legal/contractual side of these kind of deals.

Im looking for an attorney in Western Washington that understands and has experience working with these strategies, but I find myself hard-pressed to find one.

Does anyone know of a good attorney that can help with these types of deals?

Thanks for any advice!
