Local private financing or partnership

Hi All,

I'm looking to partner up with investors/lenders in the area for fix and flips.  We have about 10 completed under our belt including multi-unit flips over the last 4 years.  We need unsecured financing or partnership (or second on the note) for the interest carry and rehab portions of these in order to scale up or even maintain fixing and flipping at the level we are.  Anyone interested or can help recommend anyone in the area to approach who might be interested in this sort of arrangement?  Check out our projects: https://gardencitydesignbuild....
