Looking for legal and tax professional in Miami

Newbie here. I am international investor from Guatemala City, Guatemala. I want to build a portfolio of SFH rentals and sell them as turnkey properties to passive investors in Central America. But first I need to set up a solid structure to take care of all the processes that the deals will require.

I am looking for a company, a team, or individuals (international tax and real estate attorney, CPA, etc.) that can help me with all things legal and taxes. Ideally if they speak Spanish and are in Miami, Florida (easy to travel from Central America).

I appreciate your recommendations, things to look out for and any other pointer to get me on the right track.
