Does anyone have a recommendation for a licensed and insured contractor that works with FHA 203K or Fannie Mae Homestyle renovation loans in the Atlanta area?

Hey @Chinda Eleonu - You should definitely connect with my partner @Bolanle Ogunmakin.  We are Chicago-based GC-tech (general contracting technology) company but expanding the Atlanta where my partner is.  We specialize in 203k loans because we love the paper work lol.
