Hey Kenny - I might be selling a smaller (2 or 3 unit) property or two in Boston (Roxbury/Dorchester) in the next 6 months (figuring out if it's worth it after the tax hit) and I'll likely purchase a few larger properties later in the year or next year. Primarily I have been investing in real estate loans as the returns are higher but also own a portfolio of rentals in the area.
